As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our client's state-of-the-art industrial lifting equipment. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our clients' machinery.
Key Responsibilities

– Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repair of industrial cranes, hoists, and related equipment
– Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, and implement effective solutions
– Maintain detailed records of all service and repair activities
– Collaborate with the engineering team to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and improvements
– Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment
Qualifications
– Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, and implement effective solutions
– Maintain detailed records of all service and repair activities
– Collaborate with the engineering team to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and improvements
– Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment
Qualifications
– A Journeyman or Red Seal Electrician Certificate is preferred
– Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Mechanic, preferably in the industrial equipment or manufacturing industry
– Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics
– Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
– Certifications in industrial equipment maintenance or repair would be an asset
Working Conditions

Working Conditions
This is a full-time permanent position based in Vancouver, BC.

The work environment involves both indoor and outdoor settings, and may require some physical labor, such as lifting and maneuvering heavy equipment. A flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, may be required to accommodate client needs.
