Le rôle
Sous la supervision directe de la vice-présidence exécutive, vous prendrez en charge la fonction contrôle et finance dans un contexte de croissance. Vous assurerez la qualité de l’information financière, le pilotage budgétaire et le suivi de la performance, tout en encadrant l’équipe comptable et en contribuant aux projets stratégiques liés à la structure financière de l’entreprise.
Responsabilités

Diriger le département comptabilité et administration: supervision, recrutement, encadrement et évaluations de performance.

Veiller à l’efficacité des processus et à la qualité des livrables de l’équipe.

Effectuer les ajustements comptables liés aux revenus et aux dépenses.

Produire les analyses d’écarts et soutenir la direction dans la lecture des résultats.

Assurer la conciliation des taxes de vente et la préparation des déclarations fiscales.

Préparer les dossiers de fin d’exercice, incluant les états financiers et les états des frais d’exploitation.

Construire, consolider et valider le budget en collaboration avec les opérations.

Suivre les indicateurs financiers et recommander des actions concrètes.
-
Agir comme personne-ressource sur les outils comptables et bureautiques (Excel, Office 365): support et formation.

Mettre en place et faire respecter des contrôles internes adaptés à la croissance.

Contribuer aux dossiers de financement et refinancement.

Superviser le processus de paie.

Participer à des projets spéciaux (audits de taxes, contrôles internes, analyses CAPEX, etc.).
Profil recherché
-
CPA (ou en voie d’obtention).

Minimum 7 ans d’expérience en comptabilité, dont 4 ans et plus en rôle senior ou gestion.

Expérience en cabinet comptable (minimum 2 ans).

Excel avancé (obligatoire).
-
Capacité à livrer sous pression et à gérer des échéanciers serrés.
-
Approche proactive, énergique et orientée amélioration continue.

Bilinguisme français/anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. (Fréquence d’utilisation de l'anglais : quotidien Niveau requis : courant Motif : interaction à l’échelle nationale)

Prepare year-end files, including financial statements and operating expense statements.

Serve as the go-to resource for accounting and office tools, including Excel and Office 365, providing support and training.

Advanced Excel skills are required.
Ability to deliver under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
Proactive, energetic, and continuous improvement-oriented approach.
Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written.
Frequency of English use: daily
Required level: fluent
Reason: interaction on a national scale
