Nous recherchons un Concepteur / Chargé de projet en automatisation pour joindre une entreprise spécialisée en solutions d’automatisation industrielle. Poste permanent de jour basé à Lévis.

Responsabilités :
-
Support technique à l’équipe de vente
-
Analyse des besoins clients et élaboration de solutions sur mesure
-
Rédaction de soumissions et conception technique des projets
-
Lecture et création de P&ID
-
Gestion de projet (budget, échéancier, qualité)
-
Planification des ressources humaines et matérielles
-
Supervision de la production et coordination inter-départements
-
Communication régulière avec les clients
-
Négociation des modifications contractuelles au besoin
Profil recherché :
-
Baccalauréat en génie (automatisation, électrique ou connexe)
-
Membre de l’OIQ
-
Expérience en programmation PLC, DCS, et SCADA
-
Connaissance en instrumentation, réseaux industriels, et conception électrique
-
Expérience en gestion de projets
-
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit)
-
Leadership, rigueur, capacité d’analyse et de communication
-
Permis de conduire et passeport valide (déplacements occasionnels)

Ouverture à faire des heures supplémentaires ponctuellement

We’re currently seeking an Automation Project Designer / Project Manager for a full-time permanent position in Lévis, within a company specialized in industrial automation solutions.

Your responsibilities:
-
Provide technical support to the sales team
-
Interact with clients, analyze their needs, and propose tailored solutions
-
Prepare quotes and oversee technical design of projects
-
Read and draft P&ID diagrams
-
Manage project timeline, budget, and delivery
-
Plan required human and material resources
-
Participate in purchasing and material reception
-
Supervise workshop production and coordinate with departments
-
Keep clients updated on project status
-
Negotiate contract changes as needed
What we’re looking for:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (automation, electrical, or related)
-
Member of the OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec)
-
Experience in PLC, DCS programming, and SCADA systems
-
Strong knowledge of instrumentation, industrial networks, and electrical design
-
Proven project management skills
-
Fluent in French and functional in English (spoken and written)
-
Organized, proactive, great communication and leadership skills
-
Valid driver’s license and passport (occasional travel required)

Available for occasional overtime
