A coat check attendant is responsible for greeting guests, receiving their coats, jackets, and other outerwear, and securely storing these items in a designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greeting Guests: Politely welcome guests and offer to take their coats and outerwear.
2. Checking In Coats: Label and tag each coat with a unique number or identifier to ensure it can be easily retrieved.
3. Coat Retrieval: When guests request their coats, retrieve them promptly and accurately.
4. Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to guests, answering questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
5. Maintaining Cleanliness and Order: Ensure the coat check area is neat, organized, and clean. Regularly check to make sure coats are hung properly to avoid wrinkles or damage.
6. Security: Ensure that guests’ belongings are handled securely and confidentially. In some cases, coat check attendants may need to check bags or belongings for prohibited items.
