CNC Mill Operator (Aerospace & Medical Manufacturing)

Pay: $22 – $28 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team.
In this role, you will operate CNC milling machines, perform part inspections, and ensure parts meet strict engineering and quality specifications used in critical industries.

Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machines
- Load and unload parts
- Perform in-process inspection and quality checks
- Use measuring tools and gauges
- Maintain machine and workspace cleanliness
- Follow safety and manufacturing procedures
- Support precision machining and continuous improvement
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience operating CNC machines or in a machine shop
- Ability to read instructions and follow engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- 5+ years CNC machining experience preferred (aerospace, medical device, defense, nuclear, or precision manufacturing environments)
