We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to temporarily join our team and provide coverage during an absence. This short-term contract position is ideal for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in 5 Axis CNC milling and familiarity with Fusion360 and SolidCAM.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate a 5 Axis CNC mill to produce precision components.

Interpret and work from technical drawings and CAD/CAM files.

Program and modify tool paths using Fusion360 and SolidCAM.

Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.

Maintain clean and safe working conditions.

Assist with light setup of 3 Axis CNC mill operations, as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience operating and setting up 5 Axis CNC milling machines.

Proficiency with Fusion360 and SolidCAM software.

Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Available to work for the full contract period from June 2 to July 18.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with 3 Axis CNC setups.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Prior experience in a fast-paced, precision manufacturing environment.
