Cash Management Supervisor

Salary $85,000 plus bonus.

We are looking for a Cash Management Supervisor to join a dynamic team. As the Cash Management Supervisor you will oversee the cash accountants and analysts, taking responsibility for managing cash transactions. Responsibilities:

  • Review treasury-related month-end journal entries, including interest accruals, bank fees, and FX gains/losses
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal group policies
  • Reconcile and account for assigned bank accounts on a monthly basis
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end and quarter-end management reporting and analysis
  • Handle bank account administration duties, such as opening and closing accounts, reviewing and maintaining user access, and updating authorized signatory lists
  • Maintain sufficient bank balances to meet cash obligations in multiple currencies
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accounting tasks, supporting cross-training or new hires
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance treasury operations
  • Provide ad-hoc support for various projects and initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in finance or accounting
  • 4+ years of experience in cash management or treasury
  • Strong foundation in accounting principles
  • Experience with cash forecasting
  • FX management experience (hedging, etc.)
  • Strong time management skills in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team leadership and development experience
  • Medium to advanced Excel skills
  • Medium-level macro writing skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Suite (preferred)
  • Experience with AS400/Syntax (preferred)
  • Experience with Blackline (preferred)
