Scope of Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Sales Executive to join our growing Group Insurance and Pension Sales division.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, client-focused professional who thrives in a results-driven environment. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance and pension solutions that align with each client’s needs.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the group insurance and pension market.

Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.

Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure new clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, brokers, and partners.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of group insurance, pension plans, and industry trends.

Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation, pipeline management, and closing sales.

Stay current with regulatory changes, industry best practices, and product innovations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in sales within the group insurance, pension, or financial services sectors.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in industry-related sales.

Strong sales track record, with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.

Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.

In-depth understanding of group insurance and pension products.
-
Relevant insurance or pension certifications/licenses.

Bilingual (English/French) – required.

Développer de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires dans le marché de l’assurance collective et des régimes de retraite.

Comprendre les besoins des clients et leur proposer des solutions personnalisées.

Préparer et présenter des offres commerciales et des présentations convaincantes.

Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les décideurs, courtiers et partenaires.

Se tenir informé·e des tendances du marché, produits et changements réglementaires.

Gérer efficacement les activités de prospection, le suivi des opportunités et la conclusion des ventes.

Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en ventes dans le domaine des assurances collectives, régimes de retraite ou services financiers.

Excellentes aptitudes en vente et développement d’affaires.

Fortes compétences en communication et gestion de la relation client.

Bonne connaissance des produits d’assurance collective et de retraite.

Bilingue (français/anglais) – exigé.

Détention de certifications ou licences pertinentes en assurance ou retraite (un atout).
