We are growing and hiring Business Development / Lead Generator to join our Industrial Division in Ontario! Based in Burlington, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and building strong candidate relationships within the light industrial and manufacturing sectors.

What You’ll Be doing

  • Prospect and develop business relationships with clients in the light industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Source and recruit industrial talent, filling junior to senior level roles.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducting interviews and skill-marketing for future hiring requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client and candidate details, tracking recruitment and placement activities.
  • Perform additional duties essential to business operations as required, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.

What We Need From You

  • 1-3 years of experience selling staffing services in the industrial sector; agency experience is preferred.
  • Recruitment & sourcing experience using various strategies such as social networks, research, and personal network.
  • Strong customer orientation with ability to communicate with candidates and business leaders at all levels.
  • Strong computer and administrative skills, including data entry and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Personable, energetic, and positive, with a « can-do » attitude.
  • Ability to follow our hybrid setup: 3 days a week from our office in Burlington, with the flexibility to work remotely from home for two days.
