Fuze HR Solutions is immediately hiring for Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative positions in Toronto, Ontario. Our client, an industry leader in the team uniform business is looking for energetic individuals to support multiple teams. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support for English and French speaking customers – Inbound & Outbound calls
• Order Entry
• Proactively build relationships with clients
• Assist customers with pricing inquiries, product details and resolve issues
• Other tasks as assigned

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in both written and spoken English/French
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• College Diploma or more

ADDITIONAL NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• Passionate about sports
• Willingness to learn new tasks
• Detail orientated
• Experience with CRM Platform an asset
