Job Title: Temporary Data Entry / Clerical Clerk – Year-End Inventory
Location: Lachine, QC
Contract Duration: 8–10 weeks (Starting Sept8, 2025 – Oct 31, 2025) with potential extension to Nov 14, 2025
Salary: $19.50–$21.00/hr
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (40 hours/week), with potential overtime on Saturdays

Position Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual (English & French) Data Entry / Clerical Clerk to support our year-end inventory process. The role involves clerical and data entry tasks, as well as communication with production employees to validate and collect information.

The successful candidate will walk the production shop floor to gather the necessary data and then enter it into Excel at a workstation located on the shop floor. This is a clerical role only; no physical labour or heavy lifting is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with production staff in English and French to verify inventory information
  • Collect and validate inventory data from the production floor
  • Enter accurate data into Excel spreadsheets
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English & French)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Comfortable walking on the production shop floor
  • Must have safety shoes for shop floor compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
