About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented early-career professional looking to grow within construction, project coordination, or real estate operations. As a Construction Administrator, you will support a high-performing Construction & Building Operations team, playing a key role in project coordination, financial tracking, and administrative execution across multiple projects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and wants exposure to construction projects from start to finish.
What Youâll Be Doing
- Provide administrative support across construction and building operations projects
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and project communications
- Support project documentation including budgets, scopes, and reporting
- Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and accrual processes
- Maintain and update project files, databases, and shared systems
- Assist with vendor coordination and documentation
- Support project tracking, scheduling, and execution
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Assist with permits, drawings, and construction documentation
- Support close-out documentation and project deliverables
- Contribute to sustainability and compliance initiatives (e.g., LEED, BOMA)
What Weâre Looking For
- 2â3+ years of administrative experience in construction, project coordination, or property management
- Experience with POs, invoicing, accruals, or project financial tracking
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Yardi or similar systems is an asset
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to grow

- Fournir un soutien administratif aux projets de construction
- Coordonner les réunions, visites de sites et communications
- Appuyer la gestion de la documentation de projet (budgets, rapports, suivis)
- Gérer les bons de commande, la facturation et les courus
- Maintenir les systÚmes, bases de données et dossiers de projets
- Coordonner les fournisseurs et la documentation associée
- Participer au suivi et Ă la planification des projets
- Préparer des présentations, rapports et documents
- Assister dans les permis, plans et documents techniques
- Soutenir les étapes de clÎture des projets
- Contribuer aux initiatives de durabilité (LEED, BOMA, etc.)
Profil recherché
- 2 Ă 3+ ans dâexpĂ©rience en administration dans un environnement de construction, gestion de projets ou immobilier
- Expérience avec les bons de commande, la facturation et le suivi financier
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- MaĂźtrise des outils MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Expérience avec Yardi (un atout)
- Attitude proactive et esprit dâĂ©quipe
