Position Overview:

We’re in search of a dynamic, proactive, and driven Administrative Marketing Coordinator to bolster our team. This pivotal role will provide comprehensive support to both our Capital Markets and marketing departments. The ideal candidate will exhibit meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational prowess, adept communication skills, and a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Curate and manage the internal Advisor database.

• Aid in crafting presentations and assembling meeting materials.

• Oversee various administrative aspects of our managed account platform.

• Foster positive relationships across different levels of management and among peers.

• Serve as a backup resource for the Investor Services team, facilitating deals, generating client statements, and addressing Advisor inquiries.

• Contribute to the creation of captivating content across diverse marketing platforms, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

• Tackle miscellaneous administrative tasks as they arise.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all leads and inquiries directed towards the firm.

• Offer general administrative assistance to the Capital Markets and Marketing teams as required.

• Maintain and manage incoming leads and inquiries via email.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in marketing, preferably within financial services, real estate, or similar sectors.

• Prior exposure to the Investment Banking/Capital Markets realm, with a solid understanding of investment principles.
