Accounts Payable Specialist

We are actively hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist with 3+ years experience for a growing company in the Food Industry located in Brampton to start immediately.

Must Have experience in Business Central Software

Your tasks as the Accounts Payable Specialist

•Full cycle AP

•Matching, batching and coding invoices

•Reconciliation

•Respond to vendors inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Prepare weekly consolidated reports of payables

•Check runs

•Invoicing

•Other duties as assigned

The required qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 3+ years of experience in a full cycle Accounts Payable role
• Accounting diploma or degree
• Experience with Dynamic Business Central a must
• Intermediate excel
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to change
• Available to be in the office 5 days a week
