Billing Clerk
Location: Terrebonne, QC
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The Role
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Invoicing Clerk plays a central role in ensuring accurate billing, maintaining healthy client relationships, and supporting the smooth flow of operations. This position offers strong potential for growth in the medium term.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify customer credit before releasing orders.
- Confirm eligibility for free shipping.
- Process credit card payments.
- Enter new customers into the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address client inquiries related to billing.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Perform basic collections as required.
- Support the office team with additional accounting or administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Vocational diploma or DEC in Accounting (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 1–3 years in invoicing, accounts receivable, or related roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook; Excel is a strong asset).
- Languages: Strong English skills required (oral & written); French is an asset but not required.
- Other Competencies:
- Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable.
- Must be located within reasonable commuting distance; access to a car is required.
