Job Title: 5-Axis CNC Machinist

Location: Concord, Ontario

Shift: Straight DAY Shift 7am-330pm

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate advanced 3d forming machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they operate at optimal levels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of machine setups, adjustments, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• 5 or more years experience as a skilled 5-axis CNC Machinist
• Proficient in the programming, setup, operation, and troubleshooting of advanced CNC Machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
