Industrial Millwright (433A) – Night Shift
Mississauga, ON | Continental Nights (6pm/7pm–6am/7am)
$42/hr + Shift Premium + Full Benefits

We are hiring a licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) to support high-volume food production equipment in a busy Mississauga manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on maintenance role focused on troubleshooting, repair, and reliability of production and packaging machinery.

Shift:
Continental Night Shift
Training may include days or nights

What You’ll Do:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial bakery and food-processing equipment
Perform preventive maintenance, overhauls, and emergency repairs
Work on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, drive systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Install, align, and adjust machinery and mechanical components
Support production teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
Read schematics, manuals, and technical drawings

Requirements:
Valid 433A Industrial Millwright License (Red Seal)
2–5 years industrial maintenance experience
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and power transmission
Basic computer skills for CMMS/work orders
Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
