What You’ll Do: Job Title: Licensed Truck & Coach Technician (310T)
● Perform maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections on medium and heavy-duty
trucks, including diesel engines, brakes, transmissions, suspension, electrical, and
hydraulic systems
● Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using modern
diagnostic tools and manufacturer manuals
● Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and avoid major equipment
failures
● Follow technical guidelines and safety procedures to ensure vehicles are repaired
correctly and safely
● Communicate with customers to explain work performed and recommend necessary
maintenance
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in line with Ontario Health & Safety
standards
● Participate in ongoing technical training and safety meetings to enhance skills and
knowledge
● Respond to emergency or off-hours service calls as required
● Coordinate and supervise outside contractors on-site during repairs or projects
● Support fleet upgrades, equipment installations, and start-ups when needed

● Licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technician
● Own tools
● Experience with diesel engines, electrical, and hydraulic systems
● Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean driving record (Z endorsement an asset)
● Reliable personal transportation
● Strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Exposure to multiple truck makes and computerized diagnostic tools is an asset
