À propos du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) leader stratégique pour piloter les opérations et accélérer le développement des affaires dans un environnement industriel spécialisé en instrumentation et contrôle des débits.
Ce rôle combine croissance commerciale (50 %) et gestion opérationnelle (50 %), avec un impact direct sur l’expansion de l’entreprise à travers le Canada et les États-Unis.
Responsabilités principales
Développement des affaires et stratégie
- Développer et structurer un réseau de distribution en Amérique du Nord
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance durable
- Maintenir et développer des relations avec les clients et partenaires
- Participer activement à la stratégie commerciale
Opérations et gestion
- Superviser les activités opérationnelles et les projets en cours
- Coordonner avec les équipes techniques et les fournisseurs
- Assurer le suivi des manufacturiers et la validation des livrables
- Encadrer une petite équipe multidisciplinaire
Présence terrain
- Déplacements environ 1 semaine par mois
- Collaboration directe avec équipes techniques et partenaires
Profil recherché
Exigences
- DEC ou BAC technique (automatisation, mécanique de procédé, métallurgie ou équivalent)
- Expérience pertinente en milieu industriel ou manufacturier
- Expérience en développement des affaires (B2B)
- Bilinguisme français / anglais
Atouts
- Connaissance des systèmes de mesure de débit (débitmètres, orifice, venturi, buses)
- Expérience avec des environnements industriels lourds

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy
- Build and expand a distribution network across North America
- Identify and develop new growth opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Contribute to commercial strategy and market expansion
Operations Management
- Oversee ongoing operations and project execution
- Coordinate with technical teams and suppliers
- Manage manufacturer relationships and deliverables
- Lead and support a small multidisciplinary team
Field Presence
- Travel approximately 1 week per month
- Work closely with technical teams and partners on-site
Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Technical DEC or Bachelor’s degree (automation, process, mechanical, metallurgy, or related)
- Strong experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
- Proven experience in B2B business development
- Bilingual (French/English)
Assets
- Knowledge of flow measurement systems (flow meters, orifice plates, venturi, nozzles)
- Experience in heavy industrial sectors
