We’re hiring a Human Resources Operations Manager to support a growing transportation and logistics organization with over 300 employees. This is a hands-on HR role where you’ll work closely with leadership while supporting a diverse workforce, including office staff, drivers, and warehouse teams.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

✔ 3–5 years of HR experience in a leadership or senior role
✔ Strong employee relations experience
✔ Knowledge of Employment Standards
✔ Experience working in fast-paced environments
✔ Comfortable working with all levels (executives to frontline staff)
✔ Experience with ADP or similar HRIS
