We’re hiring a licensed 310T Shop Foreperson to take ownership of a busy fleet shop in Collingwood.

This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll be on the tools, leading a team, and making real decisions that keep the operation running.

If you’re already the go-to person in your shop (or should be), this is your step up.

What You’ll Be Doing

-Run day-to-day shop operations (priorities, workflow, output)

-Lead and support a team of technicians

-Stay hands-on with diagnostics, repairs, and breakdowns

-Ensure all units meet MTO safety + compliance standards

-Manage work orders, service records, and shop organization

-Coordinate parts and minimize downtime

-Set the tone for accountability, safety, and quality

What You’re Working On

-Fleet environment (buses + support vehicles)

-Mix of PMs, repairs, and diagnostics

-A shop that needs a strong lead—not just another tech

What You Bring

-310T Truck & Coach License (required)

-Strong diagnostics (electrical, diesel, hydraulics)

-3–5+ years in fleet or heavy-duty maintenance

-Leadership experience—or you’re already acting as the lead

-Someone who can run a shop without being micromanaged
