Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Programmeur PLC passionné(e) par l’automatisation industrielle pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique évoluant dans un environnement manufacturier stimulant.
Ce rôle clé combine programmation, tests en atelier et mise en service sur site, offrant une belle variété de projets techniques au Canada et à l’international.
Responsabilités principales
🔹 Programmation de systèmes automatisés (50 %)
- Développer des programmes PLC (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) en mode offline
- Configurer les interfaces opérateurs (HMI) et les réseaux industriels
- Rédiger la documentation technique (fonctionnelle et manuels opérateurs)
🔹 Tests et validation en atelier (25 %)
- Effectuer les essais de contrôle avant livraison
- Simuler les séquences d’automatisation
- Déboguer et optimiser les programmes en collaboration avec les équipes internes
🔹 Mise en service chez les clients (25 %)
- Participer à la mise en route des équipements
- Effectuer les tests, ajustements et assurer le support technique
- Collaborer avec les équipes mécaniques et électriques
- Former les utilisateurs sur les systèmes installés
Profil recherché
- Diplôme en génie électrique, automatisation, instrumentation ou équivalent
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en programmation PLC
- Bonne connaissance des systèmes automatisés et mécaniques
- Autonomie, rigueur et excellent esprit d’analyse
- Français requis (anglais un atout pour déplacements)
- Disponibilité pour déplacements (environ 30 % au Canada et aux États-Unis)

About the role
We are looking for a PLC Programmer with a passion for industrial automation to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role offers a great mix of programming, in-house testing, and on-site commissioning across Canada and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Automated systems programming (50%)
- Develop PLC programs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) offline
- Configure HMI interfaces and industrial networks
- Prepare technical documentation (functional specs, user manuals)
🔹 Internal testing & validation (25%)
- Perform factory acceptance tests prior to delivery
- Simulate automation sequences
- Debug and optimize programs with internal teams
🔹 On-site commissioning (25%)
- Start up and commission systems at client sites
- Perform testing, adjustments, and provide technical support
- Work closely with mechanical and electrical teams
- Train operators and end users
Profile
- Degree in electrical engineering, automation, instrumentation, or equivalent
- 3–5 years of PLC programming experience
- Strong understanding of automated and mechanical systems
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and analytical
- French required; English is an asset
- Available for travel (~30% in Canada and the U.S.)
