We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our client on a part-time basis. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of bookkeeping experience and strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded promptly
- Prepare monthly bank and account reconciliations
- Generate and present monthly financial reports
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Ensure timely payment of all statutory and contractual obligations, including remittances
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary financial information
- Perform other bookkeeping and accounting-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (required)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Schedule:
- Part-time, 1â2 days per week (in-office)
- Must be flexible
Compensation & Schedule:
- $25â$30 per hour, based on experience
- 4% vacation pay
- Part-time: 1â2 days per week (in-office)
- Ongoing temporary assignment
- Free on-site parking
