Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Training will take place on the day shift. Candidates must be flexible to move to the Afternoon Shift after approximately 3–4 months of training.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and automated production equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. This role is ideal for a skilled trades professional who enjoys diagnosing complex electrical issues and supporting continuous improvement within a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and production equipment.
Diagnose electrical faults, breakdowns, and control system issues efficiently.
Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Install, modify, and maintain electromechanical equipment and electrical components.
Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and machine drawings.
Support equipment upgrades, automation improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and plant safety policies.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to maintain production uptime.
Respond to equipment service calls and urgent electrical issues when required.

Qualifications
Licensed Industrial Electrician (309A or 442A preferred).
Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong troubleshooting ability with industrial electrical systems and controls.
Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electromechanical systems.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Licensed Industrial Electrician (309A or 442A preferred).
