Salary: $30–$35 per hour

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced CI Press / Stack Press Flexographic Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Markham. The successful candidate will operate and maintain flexographic printing machinery to produce high-quality prints on polyethylene film using solvent-based inks while ensuring safety, efficiency, and production accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor CI press machines such as Bob’s FNK 26, Miraflex, and Allstein, or stack press flexographic machines.
Run 6–10 color print jobs with precision and consistency.
Inspect products and machinery to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of presses to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate production records and inventory levels.
Train and support machine assistants or new operators when required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
Follow all health and safety procedures and use required PPE.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; additional technical training is considered an asset.
2–4 years of experience operating CI press or stack press flexographic machines.
Experience running 6–10 color print jobs.
Familiarity with polyethylene film and solvent-based inks.
Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical & Work Environment
Manufacturing or warehouse setting with exposure to loud noise, moving mechanical parts, and ink odors. Regular standing, walking, reaching, and handling machine controls. Occasionally lifting or moving items up to 50 lbs. PPE is required at all times including hearing protection, safety shoes, and eye protection.
