LTO And Material Handlers

Fuze HR Solutions is currently hiring Reach Truck and Dock Stocker Operators for a full-time day shift position in the Edgeware Road area of Brampton.

This role involves operating material handling equipment (MHE) such as a Reach Truck and Dock Stocker while also supporting the production and warehouse teams when forklift work is limited.

Important: This is not strictly a forklift-only role. Associates will be expected to assist on the production floor or with general warehouse tasks when MHE work is minimal. Employees will continue to be paid the forklift operator rate ($21.70/hour) even when assisting with production duties.

• Safely operate Reach Truck and Dock Stocker forklifts
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials within the warehouse
• Perform put-away and replenishment of inventory
• Assist production teams when forklift work is limited
• Support with packaging, sorting, and general warehouse duties when required
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams

This role is based in a large manufacturing and packaging facility that combines warehouse logistics with active production lines. The environment is fast-paced and team-oriented, requiring employees who are comfortable supporting both material handling operations and production tasks when needed.

• Valid forklift certification for Reach Truck and Dock Stocker
• Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operating experience
• Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Must be comfortable assisting on the production floor when required
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Strong attention to safety and teamwork
• Reliable with good attendance
