7:00am – 3:00pm – Day shift
11:00pm – 7:00am – Night shift

$40-48/hour

What You’ll Do
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues across wiring, switches, motors, and other industrial components • Install, assemble, and test electrical systems, motors, and fixtures using diagrams, specifications, and safety codes • Rebuild or replace gears, drives, motors, and other electrical/mechanical parts • Inspect and test installations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards • Estimate project timelines, materials, and resources needed • Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to complete installations and repairs efficiently • Stay updated on electrical safety codes and industry standards, including NEC changes • Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to support uptime and continuous improvement initiatives • Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team’s success

What You Bring
• Completion of a technical or skilled trades program; Journeyman license preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Hands-on experience with Extruder machines (required)
• PLC logic knowledge (required)
• Strong understanding of electrical theory, industrial systems, and safety codes
• Previous experience supporting electrical systems in a manufacturing facility
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; maintenance ticketing system experience is a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills
• A proactive, safety-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
• Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
