Essential Care Technician/ Customer Care Technician (Home Appliance)
Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay: $23–$26/hour + benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

We are hiring an Essential Care Technician to support the care, maintenance, and installation of high-end appliances. This is an entry-level
role with growth to Level 1 Technician, focused on preventative maintenance, cleaning, and basic diagnostics.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform essential care services on high-end appliances, including:
    • Inspecting and testing all appliance functions to ensure proper operation
    • Identifying anomalies and correcting them or escalating for repair
    • Replacing water and air filters when applicable
    • Thoroughly cleaning internal, external, and functional components to restore appliances to “like-new” condition
  • Deliver, install, and connect built-in and high-end appliances, including:
    • Refrigerators
    • Cooking appliances
    • Water distribution and treatment systems
  • Make structural and countertop openings for appliance installation when required
  • Provide professional customer service and follow up with clients
  • Work independently with a company vehicle and phone
  • Complete daily service reports and maintain tools and vehicle
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience (cleaning, maintenance, construction, appliance-related work, etc.)
  • Strong cleaning skills
  • Basic diagnostic skills and common knowledge of household appliances
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable working independently
  • No heavy lifting
