Private Events Coordinator
Based at our renowned facility and event venue, we are seeking an experienced Private Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Our company is a premier destination for events and dining in Calgary. As the Private Events Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and executing unforgettable private events that showcase the unique charm and grandeur of our facility.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
– Coordinating all aspects of private events, including venue setup, vendor management, guest experience, and post-event follow-up
– Collaborating with our hospitality teams to ensure seamless event execution
– Maintaining meticulous attention to detail to deliver exceptional service
– Developing creative event concepts and proposals to exceed client expectations
– Effectively managing event budgets and timelines
To be successful in this role, you will need:
– 3-5 years of experience in event planning and execution as well as hospitality management
– Excellent organizational and project management skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
– Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office suite
