Industrial Millwright (433A) â Continental Rotating Shift (Day and Night)
đ Etobicoke, ON | đ°$42 /hr – $45/hr (depending on experience) + night shift premium
Our Etobicoke manufacturing facility is hiring a licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) to join our Maintenance Team supporting high-volume food production equipment.
This is a hands-on, plant-based role focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving mechanical systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production operations.
What Youâll Be Doing
As a Millwright, you will:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment

Perform preventive maintenance, overhauls, and emergency repairs
-
Diagnose mechanical issues related to power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
-
Support production teams to minimize downtime and improve uptime
-
Install, align, and adjust machinery and components
-
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
-
Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
Equipment Youâll Work On
-
Industrial bakery and food-processing equipment
-
Conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and drive systems
-
Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
-
Basic electrical troubleshooting related to equipment (not electrical trade work)
What Weâre Looking For
Required:
-
Valid Red Seal Industrial Millwright (433A) license
-
2â5 years of industrial maintenance experience
-
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
-
Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and power transmission
-
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
-
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
-
Basic computer skills (CMMS / work orders)
Preferred:

Food or beverage manufacturing experience
-
Exposure to continuous improvement or reliability programs
