About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a well-established industrial manufacturing facility in Windsor. This is a newly created, standalone role offering excellent overtime opportunities, field service exposure, and a high degree of independence. The ideal candidate is mechanically strong, self-motivated, and comfortable working in both plant and field environments.

What We Offer

Wage: $25 – $30/hour (based on experience)

Overtime: Consistent overtime available; Saturday overtime and Sunday double time

Schedule: Day Shift – 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Sunday to Friday (afternoon shift flexibility available)

Responsibilities

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial machinery and equipment

Perform advanced mechanical troubleshooting and basic low-voltage electrical work

Conduct routine inspections of cranes, machinery, and air systems

Complete preventive maintenance and service documentation

Support machine installations, setups, and adjustments

Identify and recommend improvements to safety, efficiency, and performance

Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and scissor lifts as required
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience

Willingness and ability to travel

Strong safety awareness and knowledge of preventive maintenance practices

Ability to work independently in a physically demanding environment
