We are seeking experienced Red Seal Industrial Millwrights to join our team in a clean, well-maintained manufacturing facility with a strong safety-first culture. What We Offer
Hourly Rate: $48.64/hour plus premiums
Overtime paid after 8 hours
3 shift rotation (8-hour shifts):
  • 2 weeks on days (6am-2:30pm)
  • 2 weeks on afternoons (2:30pm-11pm)
  • 2 weeks on nights (11pm-6am)
  • There will be a premium when on the afternoon and night shift

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild corrugate manufacturing equipment
  • Service and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Complete planned maintenance work orders efficiently and on schedule
  • Perform routine inspections to prevent equipment breakdowns
  • Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards
  • Escalate unresolved equipment issues to supervision as required
Qualifications
  • Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright Certification (required)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Willingness and availability to work overtime
  • Welding experience considered an asset
  • Must supply own tools
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
