Shift: Night Shift – Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay Rate: $24.39/hour + $1.10/night shift premium

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate propane-powered Double Deep Raymond Reach forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers, replenish production materials, and stage inventory for production.
- Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation.
- Support inventory management using warehouse systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping goals.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Double Deep Raymond Reach Forklift License.
- Minimum 2 years of recent reach truck experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Comfortable working in a dusty and noisy environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- WHMIS and Health & Safety certification (4 Steps) required.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Experience with inventory systems is an asset.
Physical Demands:
- Continuous lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Prolonged standing and repetitive movements.
- PPE required: steel-toed safety shoes, gloves, mask, apron/arm sleeves.
Workplace Conditions:
- Busy, dusty, and loud manufacturing/production environment.
- Unionized environment with minimal overtime.
- Tasks include picking, packing, loading/unloading, cleaning, and supporting production workflow.
Onboarding Requirements:
Candidates must provide prior to start:
- Updated resume
- Valid Double Deep Raymond Reach forklift license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Criminal background check
- WHMIS certification
Additional Information:
- Direct send to site: Candidates will be tested on their forklift operation and complete a math test on their first day.
- Training may occur on the day shift before moving to nights.
- Ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and looking for long-term stability.
