CNC Operator (Afternoon Shift)
📍 Location: North York, ON
🕒 Shift: Afternoon Shift (3:00 PM – 11:15 PM)

About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join a busy manufacturing team on the afternoon shift. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC milling and drilling equipment to produce precision parts while ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards. If you have strong mechanical sense, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, set up, and operate CNC milling and drilling machines based on production requirements
  • Review and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and job instructions to complete accurate part runs
  • Monitor machine performance, identify irregularities, and make adjustments as needed
  • Perform basic machine care and routine maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and timelines
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a hazard-free environment
What You Bring
  • Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documents
  • Solid mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stay productive and focused in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve machine-related issues
  • Positive communication skills with a team-focused mindset
  • Flexibility to work overtime when production demands increase
