Welder Fitter (Afternoon Shift)
📍 Location: North York, ON
🕒 Shift: Monday–Thursday (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM), Friday (2:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG welding and fitting of steel and mild steel components, aluminum components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
  • Set up welding machines and adjust parameters based on material type and thickness.
  • Measure, cut, grind, and assemble materials as per specifications.
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship and safe work practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in MIG welding and fitting.
  • Fabrication experience is required.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and shop drawings.
  • Experience welding 18 gauge to 1/8” thick materials.
  • Background in custom fabrication or sheet metal manufacturing.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
