About the Role
Are you an experienced Machine Operator with a background in corrugated packaging and multi-colour printing? Join our growing production team where quality, safety, and precision come first. Youâll operate and rotate between our 6 Colour Rotary Die Cutter and Flatbed Die Cutter, playing a key role in delivering high-quality printed packaging to our clients.
Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor 6 Colour Rotary and Flatbed Die Cutters according to production orders

Prepare ink, feeder, and delivery units; mount print plates and cutting dies

Perform quality checks for print registration, cutting accuracy, and box integrity

Maintain ink levels, colour consistency, and machine performance throughout runs

Troubleshoot, document, and report machine or quality issues

Follow all safety and ISO 9001 protocols; maintain a clean and organized workspace

Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Experience

1â2 years of experience operating Rotary or Flatbed Die Cutters (corrugated industry preferred)

Knowledge of corrugate converting and multi-colour ink printing (5â6 colours)

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
-
Ability to read and interpret work orders and perform accurate measurements

Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
-
Good colour vision (Ishihara test required)

Reliable, safety-minded, and quality-focused
