About the Role:
Fuze HR is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver for a well-established food distribution company in St. Laurent. This role is a combination of driving, warehouse support, and hands-on facility operations. The driver will be responsible for delivering products safely, accurately, and professionally to customers while supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.
The client operates in high-volume distribution, delivering to a wide variety of customers across Montreal, Kingston, North Montreal, and Tremblant. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, handling both delivery and manual tasks, and maintaining high standards of service and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with loading trucks each morning.

Complete daily delivery routes safely and efficiently.

Rotate and deliver customer stock while providing courteous, professional service.

Maintain accurate delivery paperwork, including manifests and BOLs; record truck temperatures.

Perform truck inspections and use electronic logs for compliance.

Deliver products using carry-in, two-wheeler, or power walker as needed.

Pick up vendor products for replenishment.

Perform manual labor approximately 50% of the time, including lifting and moving stock.
Routing Areas: Montreal, Kingston, North Montreal, Tremblant – 8–12 stops per day.
Qualifications:

2+ years driving Class 1 or Class 3 vehicles (tractor-trailer or straight truck).

Previous delivery driver experience.

Ability to read, write, and comprehend English and French.

Comfortable with early starts and physically demanding work (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Safe, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong customer service skills.
Policies & Requirements:

No smoking in trucks.

DriveCam cameras in vehicles for training purposes.

No cell phone or Bluetooth use while driving; must stop and park for calls.

PPE required.
