Schedule: 12-hour shift rotation – 4 days on and 4 days off (alternating between 7-7 day and night shifts)
Location: Langley, BC
What is offered?
- Day Shifts: $48.24/hr
- Night Shifts: $49.67/hr
- Dual-ticketed Millwright/Electrician (Day Shifts): $50.29/hr

Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance and repair on all plant equipment, including pulpers, extruders, thermo-forming machines, printers, padders, screw compressors, pumps, fans, and blowers.
- Conducting tool changes and machine setups.
- Executing welding, lathe, and milling work.
- Supporting machine operators to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshooting and maintaining the plant’s electrical, electronic, and instrumentation systems.
- Working on conveyors, PLCs, assisted control panels, gearboxes, and pumps.
Requirements:
- Red Seal Millwright certification.
- Will consider a 3rd or 4th year apprentice with good experience
- Experience in the manufacturing
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work both morning and graveyard shifts.
- PLC experience (an asset).
