Position Summary
The Recruitment Coordinator will support the Human Resources team with the logistics of the talent acquisition process. The primary focus will be on sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool that aligns with organizational culture and values, as well as maintaining candidate pipelines and sourcing/tracking information. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about people operations.
Key Responsibilities

Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, evaluate candidates for fit, and present shortlists to hiring managers.

Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple locations, ensuring a positive candidate and interviewer experience.

Set up, maintain, and refresh job postings across multiple platforms while ensuring consistent branding.

Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate records and ensuring data accuracy.

Review and update candidate tracking spreadsheets for agency-presented candidates; recommend improvements to tracking processes.

Liaise with recruitment agencies on hiring needs and serve as their HR point of contact for communication and feedback.

Generate and maintain recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress.

Support pre-onboarding activities such as background checks, offer letters, and new hire documentation as required.

Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing orientation materials and organizing new hire packages.

Support the HR team with employee files and records maintenance.

Handle other ad hoc requests as assigned.
Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS/HRIS platforms (Ceridian Dayforce preferred).

High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
