The Role:
We are seeking a Skilled Shipper Receiver / Forklift Operator with proven experience handling non-standard and oversized loads. This role requires strong forklift operation skills, inventory knowledge, and confidence in using computer systems for shipping and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Counterbalance Propane Forklift to move, load, and unload odd-sized and oversized materials.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including packaging, documentation, and Purolator system use.
- Track shipments, troubleshoot delivery issues, and ensure accurate shipping manifests and invoices.
- Maintain accurate inventory using Excel and WMS systems.
- Communicate effectively through MS Outlook and TEAMS.
- Collaborate with the team while also working independently to meet daily targets.
What Weâre Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of recent forklift experience (Counterbalance â Propane).
- Experience handling odd-sized, heavy, and irregular loads (not just standard skids).
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (warehouse-only experience not considered).
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Strong attendance and stable work history (minimal job changes over the last 2 years).
- Clear background check and two professional references.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Schedule & Pay:
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday (must be flexible to work 7:00 am â 3:30 pm OR 7:30 am â 4:00 pm).
- Pay rate: $25/hour.
- Temporary role with the possibility of extension (no guarantee of permanent hire).
Work Environment:
- Small warehouse environment.
- Materials of all shapes and sizes (can be dusty at times).
- Requires consistent safety awareness and use of PPE.
