As the Assistant Manager, you'll be the go-to person when the Store Manager is away—and a vital partner when they’re present. This is more than just a support role; it's a chance to lead by example, develop your team, and drive real results.
What You'll Do:
Team & Operations Leadership
  • Partner with the Store Manager to execute strategies that boost traffic, conversion, and sales
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and staff scheduling
  • Ensure our team delivers top-tier customer service at every touchpoint
People Development
  • Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Associates
  • Provide real-time coaching and conduct performance reviews to inspire growth
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment
Customer Experience & Sales
  • Act as a brand ambassador—building relationships with customers and resolving issues with confidence
  • Use data insights to understand customer behavior and tailor the in-store experience accordingly
  • Stay on top of industry trends to keep our offerings fresh and competitive
Store Excellence
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate merchandise orders based on customer demand
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully operational
  • Help manage budgets, minimize costs, and report on key metrics
Who You Are:
  • A natural leader with proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar retail leadership role
  • A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and can pivot when needed
  • Analytical, with a sharp business sense and strong command of tools like Excel and POS systems
  • Passionate about delivering results—for your team, your customers, and the business
  • A strong communicator who leads with empathy and authenticity
What You'll Bring:
  • Previous experience in retail management, customer service, or sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and performance metrics
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Perks & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary & performance bonuses
  • Employee discounts
  • Ongoing professional development
  • Opportunities for internal advancement
  • A supportive team culture where your voice matters
Ready to step into a leadership role where your impact is felt every day? Apply now and help shape the future of retail—one great customer experience at a time.
