What You’ll Do
As the Quality Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System. Your leadership will ensure that products meet regulatory and customer expectations, while keeping your team engaged, trained, and performing at their best.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems such as ISO, SQF, BRC, and GFSI.

Partnering with Manufacturing Management to ensure quality procedures are followed at every step.

Leading and mentoring Quality Technicians and Team Leaders to maintain high standards.

Training and developing team members to strengthen quality expertise across departments.

Supporting internal and external audits to ensure readiness and compliance.

Investigating customer complaints and product rejections—identifying root causes and driving corrective actions.

Tracking quality performance metrics and collaborating with leadership to implement improvements.

Ensuring product conformance through documentation, monitoring, and process controls.

Taking on additional projects and duties as needed in a dynamic environment.
🎓 What You Bring
-
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-
3–5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

CI Press experience (not Flexographic machine experience).
-
Printing industry experience is required.

Strong knowledge of quality systems, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Outlook, and Teams.

Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and in presentations.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities—you thrive under pressure and know how to prioritize.
