We are seeking a Service Department Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our Service Coordinators, ensuring the efficient handling of daily maintenance and repair service calls for national retail and commercial clients. This role is key to maintaining service quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Service Coordinators with day-to-day administrative tasks and service call management.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to confirm service completion and measure client satisfaction.
  • Support the onboarding of new service providers to expand the national service network.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support, including basic accounting functions.
  • Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines while supporting multiple coordinators.
Qualifications

  • Experience in service call management, customer service, or a related support role.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written bilingual communication skills.in French and English
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and time management abilities.
