What are the Responsibilities?
🔹 Financial Leadership
- Own the branch’s financial performance (P&L, budgeting, forecasting)
- Maximize profitability across service, parts, and rentals
- Strategically assign technicians and manage PM schedules
- Monitor rental rates and parts margins to meet targets
🔹 Team Leadership
- Build a high-performing, customer-focused team
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
- Lead recruitment, training, and safety initiatives
🔹 Customer Excellence
- Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
- Champion customer satisfaction and retention
🔹 Facility Oversight
- Manage building operations and maintenance
- Ensure cost-effective and safe facility management
What You Bring:
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in a Service/Parts/Branch Manager capacity (material handling, heavy equipment, or related)
- Strong technical knowledge of material handling equipment
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bonus points for experience using SoftBase Systems!
