CNC Programmer
Location: Stoney Creek – Ontario, Canada

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to automate the manufacturing process. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the efficient and precise production of our industrial piping and tubing products.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain CNC programs to optimize the manufacturing process
– Operate CNC machines, including setting up, loading, and unloading parts
– Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
– Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
– Maintain accurate records and documentation related to CNC operations
– Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or in a similar role
– Technical knowledge and proficiency in CNC programming and operations
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
– Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC machine controls
– Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
– High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma preferred
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position based in Stoney Creek Ontario, Canada. The work environment is a manufacturing facility, and the schedule may involve some overtime or weekend work as needed to meet production demands. Protective equipment, such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots, will be required.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $26-$30 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
