Job Summary:
A leading Tier 2 supplier of metal automotive components. Our diverse capabilities allow us to serve all manufacturing needs, from prototyping to production.

What our client offers
Hours: Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm
Salary: $38-42 per hour permanent, full time.
After Probation Period:

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Ontario Provincial license as an Industrial Millwright (433A) is required.
- 5 years Metal Stamping and/or Robotic Weld manufacturing experience is required.
- 5 years experience as a Millwright required.
- Fabrication experience considered an asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preventative maintenance, breakdown support and project-based work.
- Examine and repair all equipment when required for continuous plant operation.
- Responsible ensuring the preventative and predictive maintenance program for all equipment is executed.
- Troubleshooting of various pneumatic and hydraulic circuit systems (ex. feed lines at presses, straighteners, decoilers).
- Maintenance of various machinery, compressors, mechanical systems.
- Familiar with maintenance of facility HVAC equipment, overhead cranes, etc. would be considered an asset.
- Inspect facility equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and potential malfunctions.
- Small fabrication (welding/fitting).
- Conventional machining (milling machine/grinder).
- Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Detail-oriented and methodical in approach to training, compliance, and quality assurance.
Highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to influence change and drive continuous improvement.
