Fuze HR is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client, a well-established leader in the B2B distribution industry. Known for delivering top-tier industrial supplies and equipment to businesses across North America, this company is dedicated to excellence, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
- Own the full lifecycle of each customer interaction—from issue identification to resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams, product managers, and supply partners to support customer needs
- Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, returns, billing, and inventory availability
- Log and update customer accounts and interactions in internal systems and CRMs
- Handle complaints, escalate when necessary, and maintain a positive, solutions-focused approach
- Deliver outstanding service with strong phone etiquette and written communication
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism even in challenging situations
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within the distribution or logistics sector
- Strong understanding of B2B service expectations and workflows
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with Windows-based systems, digital phone tools, and CRM platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- High school diploma or GED required
