We are currently hiring a Key Account Manager! Our client is a global and reputable food manufacturing company located in Delta. There are about 70 employees at the Delta location and 1000 employees globally. You will be meeting clients on site with the option to work from home!
As a member of the outside sales team, you will be contributing to the overall success of the organization. You will be responsible for the profitable growth of an assigned portfolio, developing new relationships, while retaining and expanding existing relationships
Compensation:
- $95K – $105K base salary

Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts across defined territories
- Build and qualify sales leads
- Proactively respond to customer requests and relationship issues
- Develop relationships with customers/suppliers and with other departments
- Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales/revenue objectives
- Develop territory and account plans
- Promote the company through participation in community and promotional events
- Conduct internal and customer presentations
Qualifications for Key Account Manager:
- At least 4+ years of experience selling to supermarket/grocery chains e.g. loblaws, sobeys
- Ability to build and execute strategic account plans
- Ability to set and meet objectives and deal with highly competitive market demands
- Valid Canadian Driver’s License (Driver’s abstract will be required at the time of interview)
- Ability to travel locally, nationally and internationally as necessary
