Do you thrive in an organized, fast-paced environment? Fuze HR is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Mississauga. This position is key to ensuring seamless warehouse operations through accurate inventory management, shipping, and receiving while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare shipping documentation for outbound freight and coordinate shipments.
  • Receive incoming parts and goods, ensuring quantities and part numbers are accurate.
  • Label and store received items in designated locations promptly.
  • Perform inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and location updates.
  • Process and stage parts orders for customer pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist walk-in customers with parts orders and process payments using Snap Pay.
  • Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other equipment to handle goods (if certified).
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the team with additional tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor.

What You Bring:

  • Proficiency with inventory systems and tools (e.g., JDE software) is an asset.
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $58,000 – $60,000 per annum, paid bi-weekly.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with flexibility to start earlier or finish later as needed. Overtime is paid after 44 hours per week and must be pre-approved.
  • Benefits:
    • Eligible for life and health insurance after three (3) months (100% employer-paid, except LTD premiums, which are employee-paid).
    • Participation in the company pension plan after six (6) months of employment.
  • Work Hours:
    • Standard 40-hour workweek, including one 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute paid breaks.
    • Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend shifts as required.
