About the Role

As an Estimator, you’ll evaluate project needs and create precise cost estimates for installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Your role is critical in ensuring clients receive high-quality, competitive, and transparent service. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to craft winning proposals and support seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Estimation:

• Analyze technical documents and deliver accurate cost estimates for HVAC and plumbing installations.
• Source competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop detailed bid proposals and refine scopes with project teams.

Preventative Maintenance Estimation:

• Evaluate HVAC and plumbing systems, crafting tailored maintenance plans.
• Recommend cost-effective upgrades to maximize efficiency and reduce long-term costs.
• Build trust with clients by offering expert advice and personalized solutions.

Client and Team Collaboration:

• Foster open communication with clients to understand their needs and address inquiries.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain organized records of estimates and project documents.
• Track estimate accuracy and provide regular performance reports.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience 3-5 years in HVAC estimating, with expertise in project and preventative maintenance estimation.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, local building codes, and standards.
